How to enroll
Each step can be done in Spanish or English, by phone, on WhatsApp or in person.
- 01
Step 1: Get in touch
Message us on WhatsApp, call the office or use the form. The head of school or the secretary answers within a school day or two.
- 02
Step 2: Visit the school
Come to an open house or a visit day. You walk the school, sit in on a class and talk with the head of school. Children may come along.
- 03
Step 3: Apply
Applications open in November for the next fall. We ask about your family and what you hope for from school, and we talk with your child in an easy, friendly way. No Spanish is needed to apply. If you need financial aid, the form comes with the application.
- 04
Step 4: Hear from us
You hear in early March, by phone and by letter, in the language you choose. If a grade is full, we offer a place on the waitlist.
- 05
Step 5: Register
Sign the enrollment agreement and make the first payment to hold the place. We collect the health and contact forms privately, after you enroll.
- 06
Step 6: The first day
The first day is in mid-August. A teacher greets each child at the door, and families may stay a few minutes.
